Vegetables, beans, legumes, fruit, fish, tofu, sweet potatoes, brown rice, nuts. The best nuts for detox are raw almonds and cashews. Whenever you feel like a snack, just have a piece of fruit or a handful of raw nuts.

There are ways to make these foods tastier if you would prefer.

This is an example of a meal that tastes delicious and is still good for the body detox.

Simply roast or microwave a sweet potato and fill it with sautéed onion, some vegetables and avocado. Then just add cayenne or black pepper and a squeeze of lemon.

Ginger is also a good tast enhancer. It also has a cleansing effect on the body. Also, cumin aids digestion, which is important to any detox strategy.

Have a Detox Drink
